Wedding Ministry

The Wedding Ministry of Central Christian Church congratulates you on your decision to have a Christian Wedding. We welcome and respect couples who are seeking the blessing of God upon their marriage. We will do everything possible to make your wedding memorable, and help your marriage succeed from the very beginning. We’re a warm, loving congregation, and hope you make Central Christian Church your home church.

Requirements:

1. We offer our beautiful sanctuary to all active members, and non-members who are not affiliated with another church.

2. Couples must live in the San Antonio area.

3. Couples must attend marriage preparation classes called “New Beginnings”. This is free to all couples.

4. All weddings at Central are performed by one of our staff ministers.

5. Pay a $900 fee for non-members. This fee includes use of the sanctuary, minister’s fee, organist’s fee, wedding coordinator, custodian fee, and use of two candelabras.

We invite you to our worship service so that you can see our beautiful sanctuary, and hear our lovely organ. Our congregation is very friendly, and many of them have had their wedding here! Come and meet them!
