Come and see what we have for your kids!
Our children’s programs will help your child develop life-long faith, and build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. They will experience Bible stories through music, dance, crafts, games, videos, skits, puppets, the message, and activities galore! We offer:
† Nursery on Sundays from 9:30-12:30
† Children’s Sunday School, Sundays from 9:45-10:45
† Children’s Church during worship
† Vacation Bible School in the summer
† Fall Festival Party

Sunday School before Worship at 9:45-10:45 a.m. Sunday Mornings
Nursery - Birth to Age 2, Room 208 (Sanctuary level)
Our Nursery is open every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Our wee ones get introduced to Jesus and the Bible through music, and finger games! The curriculum is called "I love to wiggle and giggle" by Nursery Smartpages. If you have little ones, arrive a little early to get them settled in our loving nursery and toddler rooms.

Each Sunday they take home a resource lesson so that the learning continues all week. This program is called Heartshaper, by Standard Publishing. Each week they practice memorizing Bible verses. This summer they're learning that Jesus does great things!

Live B.I.G Ages 5-12, Room 120 (Lower level)

Roxana says that she really likes this because the kids can use this in their every day life. This summer they are learning about the Fruit of the Spirit.

Chi Rho “Tweens in Transition”
(Pre-teens)
Our Chi Rho kids will get closer to God’s heart. They’ll have an interactive experience through their imagination, games, music, prayer, the message, and a snack. The emphasis is on developing a positive attitude toward God, Jesus, the church, and others. Each ‘tween gets their own book, as well as take-home activities.

This class touches upon relevant topics such as health, habits, emotions, and attitudes.

Children’s Church during Worship
After the Children’s Sermon at the beginning of worship, the children can either stay with their families, or can attend Children’s Church. We’re helping develop children of God through music, art, theater, dance, laughter, discussion, imagination, hands-on activities and much more! Infants up to age 2 can go to our loving Nursery in room 208, toddlers (3 and 4 years olds) can go to our enriching Preschool in room 209, and 5-10 year olds can go downstairs to Room 120.

Through our wonderful staff and lay volunteers, we touch children’s lives, and the lives of their families. We share Jesus with them through Bible stories, music, crafts, games, and drama, and activities. Are you getting the idea that our kids have fun here? They do!

Fall Festival
We offer a very well organized Fall Festival to our children and community. It is a good time to have fellowship, fun, and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, in a carnival atmosphere. We provide snacks, games, crafts, and contests. The parents love it and kids find it to be a memorable and enjoyable day.

Youth Programs (Chi Rho and CYF - Christian Youth for Christ)
Ages 11 and Up
These kids are no longer babies, and not quite adults. They are growing, questioning youths that will be inspired to pursue a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We help them discover their purpose, and to be challenged and strengthened as young Christians. Once a month they’ll get together for indoor or outdoor activities. Our activities have included bowling, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, swimming, and a retreat at Disciple Oaks Retreat Center in Gonzales. We've also had movie and popcorn events at church, and played friendly basketball games with other church youth groups. Your kids won’t want to miss the fun!
